INSTRUMENT: Drums
BIRTH PLACE: Fort Wayne, IN.

MUSIC INFLUENCES:
G’and R’(all started from here), Metallica (first high school influence), Pearl Jam and Pantera (Vulgar display of power!).

WORST JOB HELD:
Press operator. A buddy o’ mine got me the job, paid well, 2nd day cleaning the roller, almost took my hand, so…c ya!

REASON FOR CURRENT INSTRUMENT:
Started with my dad teaching me the basics at around age 12, then me taking over from there. Love playing the guitar and rippin’ on the bass, but the drums…It’s what I know and feel.

MUSICALLY BEFORE QUARTER POUND:
On and off jams with friends and some gigs here and there, then went solo and started to record. Solo just ain’t as fun!

WHAT'S FOR FUN:
rock crawl, mountain bike, 14’ers, camping, vacationing, the beach, not working for ‘the man!’

GEAR:
Currently rolling with a Roland TD-10 electric set…yup! Previous was a 10 piece acoustic premier set with pinstripe heads…once I started giggin’ on the Roland…never looked back.

FAVORITE CLICHÉ:
"IDo onto others as you’d expect others to do onto you".

WHAT SEPARATES QUARTER POUND:
We’re separate from all else out there. You won’t hear us and think that we sound like someone else. We are ‘QP’.
