Set to originally release in 2008, but due to label and legal conflicts it has finally come available for release March 2010. This somewhat dark yet deep collection can only be depicted as epic. Though retaining the distinct dynamic QUARTER POUND sound. Evolved from the previous release “Rise Of Locolized“, newer songs yet to be released like “Orphans Still Cry“ and “24 down 48” depict Q.P.’s true growth. “Extraordinary Circumstances” is a musical feast running from the progressive, to reggae, to hard rock ballad, with a distinct number of heavy, and "Outside the Box" songs for the discriminating musical taste of some listeners. “Extraordinary Circumstances” is your link to some of what’s out there Under the Radar.

Capturing the raw, un-edited, un-over produced (or produced at all for that matter) energy, this brings back the bootleg days.
